Nick Sirianni, coach of the Philadelphia Eagles, expressed pride in his team's "resilience", emphasizing the importance of a “purpose mindset” over a “victim mindset.” After hearing these remarks, I felt the need to share my thoughts.

First, coaches who rely on inspirational platitudes without a deep understanding of the game—think Ted Lasso—only succeed in fictional settings.

Second, the “adversity” they faced stemmed from their own poor performance, not from real challenges like a recovering from a natural disaster or beating cancer. They dealt with issues like interceptions, fumbles, missed tackles, and questionable play calling.

Third, these players earn significant salaries to play a game that many enjoy for fun. If you’re being paid millions, you better find a way to overcome self-inflicted adversity!

Lastly, any coach who uses the word “awesome” should be immediately fired.

Are Sanctuary Cities Guilty of Accessary After the Fact?

18 U.S.C. § 3 - Accessory After the Fact:

“Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years.”

If you or I were harboring and feeding someone we knew had committed a crime and didn't report them to the proper authorities, we would be imprisoned.

Why are sanctuary cities, which house individuals in jails, provide them with food, and then release them without notifying immigration authorities for trial and punishment, not considered in violation of this federal law?

Price Gouging is a Dangerous Claim in the Hands of the Democrats

Kamala Harris is blaming corporations for rising prices to divert attention from the real issue: inflation driven by the spending policies of the Biden/Harris administration. This tactic goes beyond mere political maneuvering. The Democrats have a history of repurposing laws originally intended for good into tools for advancing their own political agendas.

There are existing laws against price gouging, which aim to prevent excessive pricing during emergencies or significant market disruptions. However, the current inflation is largely a result of policies from the Biden/Harris administration, not an actual emergency or market disruption.

Moreover, there is no clear, universal standard for what constitutes price gouging, allowing the government to selectively target businesses. Most certainly, only those corporations that don’t kowtow to the government will be targeted. If this practice becomes standard, it could be used by future administrations—Republicans included—to pursue their own agendas. Even the mere threat of government action will coerce businesses into doing the government’s bidding.

Additionally, this approach could be a precursor to implementing price controls, which would undermine free-market capitalism as we know it, all because the current administration mishandled public funds.

Let’s examine how the liberal media is covering Tim Walz, the man interviewing for the country’s (and arguably the world’s) second most important job. Here’s a brief overview: “a straight, white guy from the Midwest”; “Coach Walz”; “wholesome, happy warrior persona”; “aggressively ‘normal’”; “America’s dad, football coach, and teacher who’s cool without trying”; “pretty bald”; “Midwestern Democrat who enjoys joking around”; “Fun Midwestern Dad”; “He ice fishes, hunts, and does butter carving.”

The media’s primary role in our democracy is to provide the public with the information needed to make informed choices about who leads our country. Yet, this is the kind of reporting we receive.

Imagine you’re hiring a financial advisor and are told to trust someone with your life savings because they’re a former football coach and pheasant hunter. Or consider choosing a surgeon for your child and being told that the surgeon has a charming Midwestern charm.

It’s disheartening that many people vote for politicians based on whether they’d enjoy having a beer with them, a criterion you wouldn’t use to hire a plumber.

Tim Walz's Real National Guard Controversy

Veterans have accused Tim Walz of exaggerating his military career and abandoning his National Guard battalion ahead of his unit’s 2005 deployment to Iraq.

However, I believe the more significant issue is that a person who touts his National Guard service for political purposes disrespected his unit and every other National Guard unit across the country when he called them “19-year-old cooks”.

He should be held accountable for that comment.

How to Stop Hostage Trafficking

Biden has claimed credit for securing the release of American hostages from Russia, which is a welcome development. It's reassuring to see Americans who were wrongfully detained return to the U.S. However, in exchange, several countries have released Russian criminals. This creates a troubling precedent where Russia and other adversaries might continue to detain Americans, exploiting them as bargaining chips to secure the release of dangerous criminals. The Biden administration has recognized this risk but has not directly addressed it, opting instead to advise Americans against traveling to certain countries. This approach seems both short-sighted and dangerous.

So, what can be done to break this dangerous cycle? Mr. Far Right proposes adding a fifteenth article to the NATO charter. The charter currently contains fourteen articles, including Article 5, which commits NATO members to treat an armed attack on one as an attack on all, with each member taking necessary action. The proposed new article would stipulate that if NATO determines a country is wrongfully detaining a citizen of a NATO member, it would be regarded as an assault on all members, prompting each member to take appropriate action. This could serve as a deterrent similar to the one provided by Article 5 against attacks on NATO countries.

We need leaders who are proactive in addressing threats to American welfare rather than merely restricting our freedoms in response.

Time to Pivot

With Joe out of the picture, Trump must shift focus to campaigning against the cabal that propelled Joe into power and has run the nation for the past three and a half years. It's crucial to highlight that this cabal will anoint a candidate who pledges loyalty to them and their agenda, aiming to maintain their grip on power.

Trump should emphasize that regardless of the nominee, the cabal will prevent them from independent thought or altering the current course they've set for the country. This message needs to resonate clearly with the electorate.

Donald Trump, Please Change Your Mind

I hope that Donald Trump cancels the first scheduled debate and states that he will only debate Biden if Biden is officially nominated at the Democratic National Convention. I agree with those who speculate that the individuals behind the scenes in Biden’s administration might replace him at the convention if he performs poorly in the first debate. I hope Donald Trump doesn’t assist them by debating Biden before the Democratic National Convention.
